As of September 15 2016, we are officially 100 people strong! From 3 friends around a dinner table…to 100 people, in 11 years.
To celebrate, some of our team have shared their best moments from their time with Inzpire so far:
Ian Robinson, Corporate Information Systems Manager:
"I remember going to the Inzpire Christmas party just a few months after I started – the company was about half the size it is now – after the meal a beeline was made for a local bar and I headed over with a colleague. She had told me in the past that the next time I went to this particular bar, I should try the 'Pornstar Martini Cocktail'. So when we got there I ordered us a both a 'Pornstar Martini' – it was, as promised, very good! While I was drinking it, Mark Boyes walked in asked us what on earth we were drinking so we explained and he headed to the bar whilst Marie and I carried on chatting and the next thing I knew, the bar had filled with Inzpire staff and pretty much every single one of them had a 'Pornstar Martini' in their hand (which quite a few were regarding with slightly sceptical looks on their face!). I never actually asked him but I guess Mark must have gone to the bar and just put in a bulk order for everyone. His gesture and the sight of everyone drinking the same cocktail made quite an impression!"
Gemma Grundy, Legal Counsel:
“Earlier this year I had the opportunity to sit in an Apache and learn all about the aircraft from our team of CQHIs at Middle Wallop. I was astounded at the sheer size of this machine that I was being allowed to sit in! It was amazing to learn all about how our CQHIs deliver the training on these aircraft, and really emphasised just how special Inzpire’s work is”

Marcus Hedley, Apache CQHI:
“I don't think I will quickly forget my induction. I landed at about 0100 from a family holiday, was in bed at 0300, left from Middle Wallop at 0700 to be in Lincoln for 1300. I had the first part of the induction and then went out on a massive Inzpire work social until 0300. It was amazing to share a taxi home with Hugh, all the people I met from the AWC were awesome, and I bumped into a BA pilot who had previously been in the RAF with my father and he had baby sat me on several occasions!”

Agnieszka Kowalcyk, Management Accountant:
“In May this year I was one of the lucky 3 from Inzpire who attended the RAF High Wycombe Bollywood Charity Dinner. It was an event raising money for the RAF Benevolent fund, and gave me the opportunity to meet serving personnel, retired Officers and colleagues from the Defence industry. It was a wonderful opportunity to network and a great night was had by all, with much champagne and dancing with my colleagues!”

Becki Hall, Marketing Communications Manager:
“I don’t think I’ll ever forget my first ‘Inzpire Happy Hour’; the now infamous last hour of show days. I’d been told that lots of business would get done in those hours, the stand would be packed and there would be customers from all over the World heading to meet us in an informal setting… but I hadn’t realised that, in all honesty, this was an understatement. The first ‘Happy Hour’ on Day 1 of DSEI 2015 (which was my first ever show day, and, coincidentally, my birthday) lasted nearly three hours and resulted in us experiencing the embarrassment (or was it pride) of hearing “will the people on stand S9-244 please LEAVE THE BUILDING!” blasting out over the ExCEL London tannoy! I now always look forward to our Happy Hours; you never know who you are going to meet or what you are going to learn!"
Me (centre) loving my first Inzpire 'Happy Hour' (or three) at DSEI 2015!
