Genuine Operational Experience
Inzpire Ltd was formed by two RAF fast-jet Qualified Weapons Instructors
(with over 6000 fast-jet flying hours between them) and an internationally
renowned expert in the development, integration, testing and operational roll-out
of combat sensors, weapons and electronic warfare capabilities. We now employ
several highly experienced, operationally up-to-date,
military aircrew from a variety of backgrounds. These people have been at the very heart of front-line
operations, tactics and future capability development for the UK and NATO.
They have an intuitive understanding of the key issues and are supported by
outstanding scientific and analysis staff with world class reputations.
High Value Pragmatic Solutions
Our high value, insightful, operationally pragmatic solutions have impressed
our customers and we have expanded rapidly. Although we unashamedly approach
problems from the perspective of the person in the cockpit, we also take a
market and resource focused view. We do more than just respond to a requirement
– we strive to understand our customers’ desired end-states and intuitively
know the right questions to ask. We maintain close links with current military
staffs and speak the same language as procurers, enablers and users. We also
understand the constraints and pressures on serving military
aircrew and
generate solutions that are workable in the real world.
Experience Supported by Scientific Analysis
All of our consultants have actual UK operational air
combat experience.
A substantial proportion have also flown US, Canadian, Australian and French
combat jets. Others have extensive expertise in C4ISTAR platforms or attack
helicopters. We bring you, therefore, the fundamental
power of “having
been there”. That said, we are not just aviators - we have extensive
experience of MOD procurement, higher command, operational analysis and Defence
research. We also train our staff to the highest UK Government sponsored standards
in Project and Programme Management (PRINCE 2, MSP and M_o_R). Our
guiding philosophy is uniquely simple: “operational
experience supported by scientific analysis”, not (as is so common) the
reverse.
