The Vital Importance of the End User’s Perspective
Many software products and training devices procured by the military fail to impress their end customers. All too often, these products are designed by well meaning engineers and scientists who do not fully understand the context in which they will be used. They design software products for the laboratory environment which they then attempt to “shoe horn” into military reality. This never works – the military environment is so complex that even a small misunderstanding can completely invalidate the product’s utility. Equally, if a product is not sufficiently intuitive and user-friendly to be used by aircrew in real military aviation situations then it is doomed to failure.

Inzpire Ltd does not make this mistake. We start with the end user, not with the software writer. Our military aviation products are designed by aviators for aviators. We expend great effort in fully understanding our end customer’s requirements and the context in which our products will be used. It is because of this meticulous, customer-centred, approach that our FITE product (Fighter Interactive Tactics Evaluator) has been selected by the military aviation community in both the UK and USA. It is because of this meticulous, customer-centred, approach that our most recent product  has been receiving intense interest from the RAF Air Warfare Centre, the RAF Front Line, the US Air Force and the US Navy. Our products are bespoke, good value, extensively tested and constantly updated.

Civilian Aviation Products
Inzpire is extremely well positioned to produce bespoke software and training products for the civilian aviation market. We have access to a number of extremely experienced training captains with major airlines and helicopter operators and are able to design specific training software products for civil aviation needs. We would also be equally well placed to design software products for the non-aviation market.
