Military Simulation and Training

The Changing Military Training Paradigm
The military training paradigm is changing. Although simulation is unlikely to ever entirely replace live training, it is assuming an increasingly vital role for modern militaries. Driven by an explosion in technical capabilities, properly planned simulation provides a cost effective and surprisingly realistic training experience without endangering life or valuable equipment. It can also be used for the rehearsal of complex and potentially dangerous missions prior to their execution. The use of simulation is also spreading to non-traditional areas such as the training of commanders in complex decision making scenarios. However, the one thing that virtually all military simulation research points to is this: having a superb technical capability is not enough; to get true value, simulation events must be planned and conducted by an expert White Force (people who are experts in the operating environment being simulated). Inzpire Ltd is the UK’s Ultimate military White force.

Civilian Training
The logical, structured and user friendly training methods used at Inzpire are increasingly in demand in the civilian world. For example, Inzpire staff will soon be using simulation technology to train air analysts for a major UK research house. We are also able to give simulation-based experiential training to designers and engineers from major defence corporations. The aim of such training is to educate defence engineers about the realities of environment for which they design, with the result that they create more commercially attractive (and profitable) designs that address the key issues from an end user perspective.

A Wide Spectrum of Experience
Inzpire Ltd is very experienced in Military simulation and training. We provide expert White Force services to the Royal Air Force and British Army through our involvement in the MoD Mission Training through Distributed Simulation (MTDS) Programme, in which Inzpire staff design, create and supervise the training of front line military pilots and soldiers, together with their commanders. This training is multi faceted: some of it is in direct support of warfighting operations, while some of it is aimed at developing concepts of operation (CONOPs) for future scenarios and concepts of use (CONUSE) for future equipments. Our extensive military experience and operational pedigrees allow us to do this with excellence and credibility.
