On Christmas Eve, the team at Inzpire received an early present when it was confirmed that we have retained our Best Companies 3 Star Accreditation for 2016. All of our employees had the opportunity to complete the Best Companies survey, and the results of this rated us as 3-Star, or "extraordinary" for our levels of employee engagement. This is the highest award that Best Companies bestows.
The survey, conducted anonymously either online or by post, gave employees the opportunity to rate Inzpire on a number of factors including personal growth and training packages; how well the team works together; Inzpire's leadership and the benefits offered by the Company.
In addition to retaining our 3-star rating, we have also stayed in the 'Top 100 Best Companies to Work For' as listed by the Sunday Times, and will be formally awarded with this honour at a prestigious event in February.
From all of the team involved in the Best Companies submission, we would like to say a huge "thank you" to all the Inzpire employees. Without our fabulous team, we would be nowhere and it is their passion, professionalism and great ethos which has got us to where we are today, and ensured that we kept our place on these fantastic lists.
