No Sign of Slowing for Inzpire’s Business Development Teams

As Christmas draws ever closer, most people are spending their spare time frantically trying to finish (or start) their hunt for suitable presents.

Weekends are a combination of early Christmas social gatherings and debating whether or not it’s too soon to start indulging in mince pies. You may think, therefore, that as we brace ourselves for the festive season that business at Inzpire may start to slow a little. In fact, it is totally the opposite, with no respite for our hard-working Business Development teams as they travel the World over the next month.

This is none more so evident than with the teams working on BD in our ever-expanding Helicopter Services Division, where our experts are covering more miles than Santa’s Sleigh across the Middle East and Far East. Our 12-strong Helicopter Services team is comprised of operationally-experienced aircrew drawn from across the Services; they have a wealth of expertise and our BD teams are currently looking at setting up training academies in the Middle and Far East where we can share our unrivalled knowledge.

Of course it isn’t all work and no play, and our travelling teams will have the opportunity to enjoy some well-earned downtime on their return when taking part in a number of festive treats organised by Inzpire. Alongside the fully-funded Christmas party, all Inzpire staff are eligible for the Christmas Family Meal Allowance which is our way of thanking our employees’ families for supporting them in all that they do for the Company. The allowance can be used for anything from a single fine-dining experience with that special someone or a few trips to their children’s favourite pizza outlet – the perfect excuse to have a chilled out evening after all that hard work internationally.

Perhaps strangely for work colleagues, we all enjoy each other’s company, and plans for December (in addition to the Christmas Party) include charity Christmas jumper days, Secret Santa and meals out on an almost weekly basis.

So fear not, our travelling Elves will be well rewarded upon their return to a cold and frosty UK with copious social occasions, much merriment and, fingers crossed, some good BD news!
