In 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 Inzpire were been named in the ‘Sunday Times Top 100 Small Companies to Work For’, gaining top 40 places every time.

In 2019, Inzpire were awarded with ‘Best Companies 3 Star Accreditation’ and a rating of ‘extraordinary’ for our employee engagement, for the fifth year in a row.

We are an ISO 9001:2015 accredited organisation with years of front line military experience and have been recognised for our quality management in developing high integrity aviation software, simulation and training systems.

In April 2014, Inzpire were honoured to be awarded the Queen’s Awards for Enterprise: Innovation 2014.

Inzpire is a full member of ADS. ADS was formed from the merger of the Association of Police and Public Security Suppliers (APPSS), the Defence Manufacturers Association (DMA) and the Society of British Aerospace Companies (SBAC).

Inzpire’s corporate IT system has been independently verified as meeting HMG’s Cyber Essentials Plus Scheme as part of the company’s wide ranging and robust cyber security posture.

We are an approved member of the BERR Prompt Payment Scheme that is administrated by the Institute of Credit Management. This means that we can be relied on to pay invoices on time and our suppliers have testified to this effect.

Staff within the Company hold Project and Programme management qualifications from the Office of Government Commerce.
