Due to the continued success and growth of Inzpire we are seeking exceptional individuals with flying expertise in modern combat air to work within various areas of the business.
We are looking for several combat air experts, ranging from those who will assist with the delivery of live and synthetic training to UK Defence and those who have the necessary skills and experience to help the UK develop future combat air programmes.
We have roles covering multiple collective training contracts in the Lincolnshire area, providing our customers with up-to-date, relevant advice in the design and delivery of high-end, contemporary war fighting training scenarios.
Other roles include those working with UK MOD, DE&S and other industry partners on future combat air programmes. These roles will be hybrid, combining a mixture of working from home and travel to UK MOD and industry partner sites.
We have both immediate vacancies and longer-term opportunities with start dates in the 6 - 18 month timeframe. Please let us know your availability when contacting us.
We are looking for truly exceptional, professionally credible, ‘hands on’ combat air experts from across all domains.
The successful individuals will have recent operational experience, extensive multi-role platform expertise and an excellent instructional pedigree. 4th/5th Gen experience as a pilot is highly desirable. QWI, exchange or aggressor experience would also be advantageous. Furthermore, candidates must have exceptional communication skills, and be willing to embrace the Inzpire work ethic of loyalty, flexibility and consistently delivering above and beyond our customer’s expectations.
For roles in capability programmes, candidates will need to demonstrate experience of their involvement in defence procurement roles either whilst serving in the UK military or within the defence industry. Previous experience in DE&S, Air Cap or MOD main building would be desirable.
Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
