As an expanding and successful company, our ever-growing team is now accepting expressions of interest for a number of roles to operate within a Cyber Governance and Risk Environment. These roles will support a well-established and multi-faceted team, supporting our UK Defence and security partners in generating governance, policy, process and enhancing their ethos and culture across the assurance of through life cyber security risk management.
Working as part of a supportive team will ensure that those less experienced in cyber security roles, who want to learn or develop these skills, will be mentored throughout; facilitating personal and professional development, whilst enabling them to interact and share their skills across the team and wider company. The right individuals will be involved in all aspects of through life risk management support, focussing on providing revised governance, policy and sharing your knowledge within an ever-changing cyber security risk landscape.
We are looking for proactive individuals with a ‘can do attitude,’ who are able to work within small teams, whilst being capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You will not be afraid to contribute, both to the task in hand and with suggestions and ideas for continual business improvement for Inzpire and our customers.
Whether engaging stakeholders during customer site visits, providing cyber risk and resilience guidance, or supporting the programmes delivery team in their through life cyber risk management, you will have the confidence in your abilities, knowledge and analysis, and the ability to express this to your team and our clients. You will have a comprehensive understanding of MS Office 365 applications, excellent written and oral communication skills, remain agile and adaptable and be able to travel independently to our Lincoln office and client UK Sites (all travel cost are reimbursed).
You should be highly motivated with a genuine passion for delivering excellence within an ever-changing cyber risk landscape.

This role will involve predominantly working from home. There is a requirement to travel to our Lincoln HQ, MoD Corsham and wider UK Defence establishments when required.
