In light of continued growth and success, Inzpire have recently evolved their cyber experts into a standalone division within the company, allowing for further expansion of our pool of cyber specialists. Expanding our SME pool we are actively recruiting product owners to operate within a cyber risk and resilience investigation environment. The roles will support a well-established and multi-faceted team, ensuring successful delivery of cyber Investigations within an Agile PM environment.
The successful applicant will be an experienced product owner with an understanding of cyber risk and resilience or a cyber risk expert with an awareness of Agile PM delivery. Highly motivated with a genuine passion for delivering excellence within an ever-changing cyber risk landscape.
We are looking for a proactive individual with a ‘can do attitude’ who is able to work within small teams, whilst also capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You will not be afraid to contribute, both to the task in hand and with innovative ideas for business improvement. You will have an in-depth knowledge of working within one of the UK defence domains.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Whether defining the product vision, assuring team delivery, removing blockers, mentoring less experienced colleagues, engaging stakeholders during client site visits or providing cyber risk and resilience guidance, you will have the confidence in your abilities and analysis, and the ability to express this to your team and our clients. You will have a comprehensive understanding of MS Office applications, excellent written and oral communication skills, remain agile and adaptable, be able to travel independently to our Lincoln office and customer UK Sites (all travel costs are reimbursed).

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and successfully complete National Security Vetting which will require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
