To fulfil emerging and future contracts Inzpire is looking for expressions of interest from individuals who are excited to join a well-established team of cyber analysts, exercise facilitators and instructors. Less experienced, yet suitable candidates, will be offered training and mentorship to enable them to swiftly become a valued member of our team, whilst proven cyber experts will be immediately supporting delivery of our comprehensive cyber activities. We anticipate positions will be becoming available from September 2021.
As part of the Company’s Intelligence and Cyber Division, the roles will ensure successful delivery of our expanding cyber portfolio. Teamwork will ensure that those less experienced in Cyber deliverables will be mentored, facilitating personal and professional development, whilst enabling them to interact and share their skills across the team and wider company. The right individual will be involved in all aspects of cyber vulnerability investigations, cyber security and resilience exercising and instruction of cyber risk and resilience techniques.
We are looking for proactive individuals with a ‘can do attitude’, able to work within small teams, whilst capable of working independently with minimal supervision. You will not be afraid to contribute, both to the task in hand and with your suggestions and ideas for business improvement.
Whether engaging stakeholders during customer site visits, providing cyber risk and resilience guidance, facilitating cyber exercises or delivering well founded cyber courses, you will have the confidence in your abilities and analysis, and the ability to express this to your team and our customers. You will have a comprehensive understanding of MS Office applications, excellent written and oral communication skills, remain agile and adaptable, be able to travel independently to our Lincoln office and customer UK Sites (all travel cost are reimbursed).

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and successfully complete National Security Vetting which will require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
Predominately UK based, working from home, requirement to travel to our Lincoln HQ when required, plus occasional opportunities for overseas travel.
