The Role
Welcome to Inzpire, we believe that Intelligence is critical for the safety and security of every nation. SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT and IMINT are the essential building blocks; each discipline brings with it the ability to generate or answer questions.
Our goal is simple: to create and deliver the best intelligence analyst training in the world across all disciplines.
As part of the ongoing expansion of our Intelligence Division, we are looking to recruit instructors, and course creators across all intelligence areas. These positions are accompanied by the opportunity to travel and teach overseas (with 30-day stints away, amounting to up to 4 months of the year). We also understand that not everyone will want to, or be able to do this, so we also have part-time and full-time home-based roles available in the UK.
The Person
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven track record in intelligence analysis
- In-depth knowledge of your specialist intelligence area
- Military or intelligence teaching experience or qualifications
- Familiarity with the intelligence analytical approaches
- Ability to work effectively either leading or as part of a team
- Strong judgement and decision-making skills
- Interdisciplinary knowledge and the ability to work within other intelligence disciplines
- A desire to help form the next generation of analysts

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
