Due to continued success and company growth, we are seeking exceptional individuals with aircraft mission systems expertise, to work within the technical services area of Inzpire.
We are looking for Aerosystems (or equivalent) qualified individuals to work within our growing team, providing support to the Future Combat Air System (FCAS) programme. The role offers the opportunity to work from home, with travel to meetings with MOD and industry partners required. The high tempo role presents the successful applicant with the opportunity to help shape the future combat air (CA) platform for the RAF, as part of a highly regarded Inzpire team.
The role covers different aspects of the overall air system with an emphasis on mission systems. It encompasses all elements of the various systems, focussing on sensors and sensor fusion. An in-depth knowledge of sensors, aircraft systems, electronic warfare and CA platform operation will be required.

We are looking for truly exceptional, professionally credible, ‘hands on’ mission systems experts to focus on the air domain.
The successful individual will have in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and their operation within a CA environment with ASQ / Qualified Weapons Instructor (QWI) / Electronic Warfare Instructor (EWI) qualifications highly desirable. Additionally, a background in air capability, procurement or requirements / capability management would be beneficial.
