The Role

Due to the early-stage development of several exciting opportunities across the defence sector, we are looking for experienced rotary aircrew to bolster our existing personnel within our Helicopter Services division.

We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals with a high level of experience in the rotary aviation sector including, but not limited to, capability and procurement. The roles are likely to be varied and potentially include a mixture of customer site locations and home working. We anticipate these roles to become available from Spring 2023 onwards.

Please note that this is an expression of interest at this stage, but we expect a formal job vacancy to be published in the near future which will trigger the recruitment process. The Person

We are seeking highly experienced, suitably qualified and proactive individuals with a ‘can do attitude’, who are capable of working with minimal supervision and not afraid to contribute their own suggestions and ideas for business improvement. Candidates must possess exceptional communication skills and be willing to embrace the Inzpire work ethic of loyalty, flexibility and consistently delivering above and beyond our customer’s expectations.

The following experience and skills are essential:

• Combat ready/full mission qualified aircrew with operational experience on a military rotary aircraft
• Previous experience as a Defence Equipment and Support, Capability or Release To Service Authority desk officer

The following experience and skills are desirable:

• Member of release to service sentencing or safety working groups
• Requirements or acceptance experience
• Trials or Operational Test and Evaluation experience 
• Qualified Helicopter Tactics Instructor (QHTI) or Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO)
• Involvement with simulator acceptance and RA2375 accreditation.
• Project management experience in defence sector.

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
