Inzpire’s Mission Systems team makes the world leading GECO Mission Support System which is currently in service on 22 different aircraft types in the UK and overseas. The continued success of our products has produced a business need to expand our existing 25-strong team in the near future.
The Mission Systems team is responsible for all aspects of the GECO product lifecycle from design through delivery to in-service support, which means our staff are exposed to a wide variety of disciplines and no two days are the same!
As part of our ongoing planning we have identified a number of positions that we wish to fill over the next 6 months and we are inviting expressions of interest across a number of these engineering roles. We are willing to consider a range of grades and experience levels and can offer a comprehensive in-role training programme if required. Whilst we are based in Lincoln, we are also willing to offer a flexible approach through home-based working in order to attract the right people.
The roles we have available are:
Configuration Engineer: responsible for the generation and management of hardware and software product configurations.
Requirements Engineer: responsible for defining, documenting and maintaining requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
Test Engineer: responsible for writing and undertaking tests at various levels within the product engineering lifecycle.
Systems Engineer: responsible for a range of tasks across the lifecycle from both management and execution perspectives.
We are looking for proactive individuals with a ‘can do attitude’ who are capable of working with minimal supervision and are not afraid to contribute their own suggestions and ideas for business improvement. The following attributes would be helpful to any application, but are absolutely not essential. If you don’t have these particular skills yet, we will provide you with in-house training as required.
