The Training Services team at Inzpire is looking for ambitious, ‘out of the box’ thinkers to help us achieve this aim and help shape the future culture of L&D for its global client base.

You will quickly acquire the skills you need to progress through hands-on experience, formal learning, and structured coaching and mentoring from personable and experienced consultants.

The Role

This role will include:

• Developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Scoping, researching, and analysing client L&D needs.
• Reviewing client needs and preparing recommendations to address those needs.
• Communicating ideas and outcomes verbally and in writing.
• Developing action plans to support implementation of recommendations.
• Translating client L&D needs to design innovative and engaging solutions.
• Collaborating across multiple teams to help create innovative training solutions.

• Educated to degree level.
• A professional and consultative approach and attitude.
• Confident and respectful team player.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proactive and motivated.
• Open minded and eager to learn and progress.
• Organised and solid time management.

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
