Working within our small and well-respected Human Resources (HR) team, the successful candidate will be an integral part of creating a first-class experience for both prospective and current employees of Inzpire. You will be the HR lead for the onboarding process by delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient service in support of the achievement of the people objectives within the company.
As a company currently enjoying a sustained period of growth, the day-to-day output of the role will be varied and interesting and will primarily consist of the following:
Managing new employee onboarding processes:
Assisting the HR Advisors in providing through life employee support including:

You will have strong administration experience (preferably within HR) with excellent customer service at the forefront of everything you do. We are looking for a proactive individual with a ‘can do attitude’ who is tenacious and enjoys working with minimal supervision. You will have:
Due to the nature of the work carried out by the Company, you will be required to satisfy the requirements of the Government’s HMG Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) to include, but not limited to, providing evidence of identity, the right to work in the UK and successful completion of a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) clearance at basic level.
