An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Inzpire’s IT team as an IT co-ordinator. Our IT team works across all elements of the business supporting internal operations whilst also collaboratively working with other organisations and contractors.
You will be working to ensure successful delivery of our portfolio of IT projects and services by coordinating and scheduling work and resources within our IT team, liaising with stakeholders from other areas of the business, supporting the management of risks and compiling internal communications and messaging. The environment is often fast-paced, with evolving prioritization of work and you will need to be able to track a broad range of work and objectives within a dynamic context. You will need to understand basic IT principles and have a good grasp of technology. You will need to work within and help improve our existing processes and you will need to help embed new services and business change as part of your role.

We require a highly motivated individual who is an effective and clear communicator with at least a basic level of experience in the coordination of projects, resources, and can apply that experience effectively to help deliver enabling and IT infrastructure services. The successful candidate will need to be able to engage on a non-technical level with various stakeholders at strategic and at operational levels within Inzpire.
You will need a logical and structured approach, an ability to stay on top of multiple project timelines and be able to help your colleagues balance their commitments to help keep on schedule. You will need to have a good understanding of IT and technology, being able to grasp the importance of supporting new IT services on a cultural and organisational level will be a key part of this position and therefore previous experience in a similar role will be important.
