An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our finance team as a payroll assistant.
You will assist the busy finance department in maintaining the functions and operations across administrative and financial management processes including management of the accounts payable function.

Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of payroll experience. As a self-starter who can hit the ground running, you will be part of a proficient team, offering a polite and professional service.
With the ability to manage a number of concurrent tasks and deadlines, an eye for detail, and the confidence to liaise with external providers, you will enjoy a varied, interesting and responsible role.
It is essential that you have a ‘can-do’ attitude and have experience in delivering a professional service in a service environment. You will need to manage your own workload as delegated through the finance team but also be proactive in identifying solutions to tasks that fit with your skillset and experience.

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
