We’re delighted to welcome Caitlin Madin to Inzpire as IT coordinator.
With her degree in Computer Science, alongside her enthusiasm for planning and superb organisational skills, she is an excellent addition to our IT team.
Caitlin says her organisational skills developed after being diagnosed with dyslexia as a teenager, just as her GCSEs were about to start. At the time she worried this came with a stigma, but she went on to prove to herself that with a lot of hard work and planning she could still achieve whatever she wanted.
Caitlin passed her GCSEs, and her driving test soon after, and brought her first house when she was 21. She credits her dyslexia diagnosis for giving her the drive and focus that she has now and one of her biggest achievements to date is graduating from the University of Lincoln with a first-class honour in Computer Science.
Whilst at university, Caitlin worked for a company that provided computer clubs within schools and after graduating she went on to work as teaching assistant. During the pandemic she bought a farm, and for the last two years she has been enjoying country life with her husband and two young girls, alongside many varied animals.
Although her free time is limited, Caitlin has several creative hobbies, including a love for photography that stemmed from a college course she completed after finishing school. She also creates artwork by drying flowers from her garden and friends’ weddings and setting them in resin.
After some wonderful years spent nurturing the farm and spending quality time with her girls, Caitlin is looking forward to starting her career at Inzpire and getting stuck into the new responsibilities that come her way as part of our friendly IT team.
Welcome to Inzpire Caitlin!
