Our unparalleled training analysis credentials were recently used to complete a full training needs analysis (TNA) of a major new MoD ISR airborne platform – the Protector Remotely Piloted Air System. The training analysis requirement covered the full range of operators and maintenance personnel within this new innovative and complex airborne platform, and saw Inzpire provide subject matter expertise to support the development of training for the system.
The MoD assessed the performance of Inzpire as “excellent” in every aspect of the contract, the highest possible grading.
The Training Requirements Authority for Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance, Royal Air Force, provided the following feedback:
“The PROTECTOR TNA was a very thorough and high-quality piece of work. The training support manager worked hard throughout the project and was a pleasure to work with. The PROTECTOR programme is in a much better place due to the comprehensive output of the TNA.”
