Inzpire is renowned for its ability to accurately assess your true training requirements and then design high-quality, individual solutions to meet your organisation’s needs.
Our design experience is varied and trusted by customers both in the UK and internationally. We design live and synthetic missions that the Royal Air Force, German Air Force and Italian Air Force use to train their tactical aircrew. An Inzpire team sits at the core of the UK Defence Intelligence’s training capability at Chicksands, with responsibility for the full spectrum of training design and development. We also designed the cyber resilience training which the UK MoD provides for wider European partner nations. Our staff have designed innovative ISR training courses for civilian and military customers in the UK and worldwide. Our understanding of instructional techniques aligned with training design best practices ensures that our courses are suitable for all levels of experience.
Inzpire’s training design consultants are extremely qualified with experience gained from both the military and time spent in the commercial world. Our team has considerable technical experience in designing small and large scale training solutions for both public and private sector organisations - the depth of our technical knowledge is what brings our training to life. We are organised and objective and apply methodical and holistic processes to meet customer needs.
Inzpire’s training design consultants can deliver a wide range of training design services. Whether it be a complex multi-national synthetic training exercise involving many customers with varying requirements, or a small classroom-based course as part of modular training activity, all of our training courses are designed specifically for our customer.
Inzpire’s training design services include:
Our deep-rooted understanding of the training design process will provide agile, modern and innovative solutions that deliver excellent value for money.
Our team has extensive, varied training delivery experience and is on the front line of training delivery to the UK Armed Forces.
Our instructors are experts in creating immersive and interactive training which not only provides students with the competencies they need to succeed in their roles, but provides them with the critical skills required to make crucial decisions in high-pressured operational environments.
Furthermore, our team can translate these competencies in to structured role and training objectives and also into detailed competency frameworks.
Through conducting considered method and media analysis, Inzpire’s instructional designers ensure that the role/training objectives or the competency framework is translated into a solution that best meets the customer’s needs; be it modular, blended or a more traditional solution.
Inzpire knows how to design training around customer’s specific cyber needs. Our experienced personnel were at the heart of the UK military’s development of cyber strategy and ensured that everyone, from senior decision makers to front line troops, were given the training needed to understand what the UK needed to do to operate in a contested cyber environment. This expertise has since been used to design and develop the same level of training for militaries and government agencies from across Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
The lessons and skills we learned through both our own military experience and delivering training to the military are also applicable to civilian industries. In early 2019, working in partnership with the National Cyber Security Centre, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy and QinetiQ, we were responsible for the scenario definition and exercise directorship for a series of exercises challenging UK Critical National Infrastructure’s ability to defend and response to a coordinated, national-level cyber incident.
Our team produced all exercise scenarios, exercise vignettes and supporting assessment that ensured that the requirements and training objectives defined in our initial training needs analysis were met.
Inzpire’s expert human factors facilitators use their extensive knowledge, experience and wide-ranging toolbox of training ideas to build unique training programmes that deliver the results desired by our customers. From designing entertaining, interactive and thought provoking 1-day team-building sessions right through to in-depth, complex programmes focussed around change issues and succession planning, Inzpire creates challenging and rewarding human performance training.
We aim to build our sessions to make delegates feel like they have been trained, without being trained – a method which we call ‘training by stealth’. We design multi-media presentations that allow for storytelling and debate and practical exercises which are totally unique to each customer.
Our training can include discussions on:
Inzpire’s uncrewed and ISR experts have accrued significant experience in training design, with a number of the team having been key to the design of the UK MOD’s Qualified Weapons Instructor ISR course.
Our staff have designed innovative training courses for civilian and military customers both in the UK and overseas, and our understanding of instructional techniques aligned with training design best practices ensures that our courses are suitable for all levels of experience.
The Inzpire team prides itself in ensuring the training design meets the individual requirements of the customer.
