The aim of the Inzpire’s Air Operations Mission Commander training is to provide participants with the appropriate skills required to perform mission commander duties for air-focused joint operations. The course will also highlight the requirements of supporting tactical lead/package commander roles.
Graduates of this course will be fully prepared to act as tactical leads/package commanders within a large force. The skills and knowledge learned on this course will also prepare participants to attend a practical mission command upgrade exercise such as a Cobra Warrior, Tactical Leadership Programme or Coalition Red Flag.
This course is designed for personnel seeking greater awareness and understanding of the mission commander role. Those who would benefit from this course include units and staff positions where an awareness of mission/tactical lead/package command is required, and individual personnel who wish to improve their knowledge of mission/tactical lead/package command.
