These courses aim to equip ab-initio students with the skills required in order to develop their airmanship and maximise their performance in the air. The introduction course is aimed at students prior to beginning elementary flying training, and the advanced course is designed for students prior to the beginning of the basic flying stage.
During these courses, Inzpire’s instructors create a safe and encouraging environment to allow students to discuss and learn about the mental aspects of flying.
Upon completion of their studies, students will be able to achieve the maximum personal performance on every flight, thereby reducing failure rates. This can ultimately save an organisation time and money on expensive re-flys, whilst better overall performance will lead to a reduction in costly errors.
The introductory course is designed to equip students with enough airmanship and resilience to participate successfully at the elementary stage of flying training. The advanced course contains much more depth in the subject which students will be able to relate to their previous flying experience.
Inzpire’s Airmanship and Human Factors for Student Aircrew course is suitable for all ab-initio students participating in military flying training systems.
