Inzpire’s Team Working for Businesses course aims to improve candidates’ appreciation and tolerance of the diversity of individuals within their teams. Students will learn how to identify individual strengths, and how to combine these strengths for an overall improved team performance.
Graduates from this course will leave with enhanced inter and intra-personal awareness, ultimately leading to enhanced team performance. Upon completion of this course, students will be able to identify the diverse differences and strengths within their team, and will be able to combine different strengths to improve overall performance and output. Candidates will undertake the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) psychometric analysis and study the differences within their group using a practical bridging exercise, which will allow them to develop real-world knowledge that can be directly applied to their working teams.
