This course will provide students with the theory and practical skills and techniques required to fully understand, facilitate and assess dynamic training sessions in any training environment. Inzpire’s Train the Trainer course will also provide the skills needed to enable delivery professionals to continue to support and develop their trainees on completion of the training activity.
On completion of this course, participants will have an advanced set of skills and techniques that will enable highly effective training delivery. Attendees will graduate from the course as highly skilled trainers, with the confidence and skills required to enable them to deliver practical training to diverse audiences with differing needs and expectations.
This course is aimed at personnel whose primary role is to deliver training in any organisational context and in any training environment. No previous experience or qualification is required.
