This course aims to equip non-traditional aircrew and intelligence staff with the baseline skills and knowledge to operate effectively at a tactical level as part of a crew either: on board ISR aircraft or its ground exploitation element; within the ground control station of a remotely crewed air vehicle; or as part of an assigned PED team.
On graduating from this course, operators and analysts will have the skills required to conduct tactical PED when assigned to both manned and unmanned assets conducting dynamic ISR operations with real-time reporting requirements.
Graduates will understand the crew construct and have the confidence and capability to interact effectively with internal and external communications.
This course is aimed at PED analysts and intelligence operators, who as part of a mission crew or PED team support manned and unmanned platforms conducting tactical ISR operations.
