Inzpire’s Line of Sight UAS/RPAS Operations course introduces students to the complexities and regulations (where applicable) for the safe operation of an air vehicle within LOS. The course aims to provide students with a clear understanding of the applied restrictions leading towards the selection and operation of a suitable platform to achieve mission success.
This course builds on the concepts covered in Inzpire’s Introduction to UAS and RPAS course.
On completion of this course, graduates will have a comprehensive understanding of the types of datalinks used in UAS/RPAS operations, the information pathways and equipment used in facilitating a LOS link and safety considerations for use. Completing this course will enable graduates to gain a thorough understanding of the particular capabilities and issues surrounding UAS operations in a LOS mode.
This course can be tailored for a range of applications for both military and civil customers, including defence, security, industrial and agricultural tasks.
