In January, Inzpire Limited Personnel deployed to Nevada to support Exercise RED FLAG 15-1. Our team deployed with, and worked closely alongside the RAF Typhoon Force, Sentinel aircraft, 1 Air Control Centre (1ACC) and personnel form the RAF Air Warfare Centre based at RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire.
During the two week exercise, the Inzpire team worked shoulder to shoulder with the RAF, United States Air Force and Australian military providing Subject Matter Expert support in the most complex military training scenarios.
Inzpire’s support focused mainly on C2 support to 1ACC ensuring their first RED FLAG went smoothly. However, our involvement will ensure that the latest military training practices are brought back to the UK to feature in future war fighter training at the Air Battlespace Training Centre at RAF Waddington where Inzpire’s Synthetic Training Division is based.
Exercise Red Flag is the world’s largest complex air combat exercise, and saw the RAF Typhoon FGR4 aircraft playing a key role; RAF intelligence, surveillance, targeting and reconnaissance aircraft also participated in the exercise, as well as their supporting personnel.
