Inzpire Limited (“Inzpire”) grants to the authorised user a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to copy and use the applicable image ‘as is’ (providing any copyright notice or other such marking and/or credit is also replicated) strictly for the sole purpose of reproducing the applicable image in the relevant press release provided by Inzpire but not further otherwise. The licence is personal to the authorised user and the authorised user shall have no right to grant sub-licences and/or transfer the licence (including any benefit) whatsoever. Inzpire reserves its right to take any further action as may be required in relation to any unauthorised use.
