For employees, our hiring process is the first step in achieving that.
Often an individual’s first contact with us will be via an application or expression of interest. A personalised recruitment approach is therefore extremely important to us. Since returning to work in January, we have received 202 mails from individuals seeking to join Inzpire and we pride ourselves on personally responding to every single application or expression of interest that we receive.
Our tailor-made approach ensures that each email received is directed to the relevant Head of the Division for that individual’s skillset and that the team fully review each and every application, matching the skillsets to any suitable current or potential future vacancy. Because we keep all our recruitment in-house, we are very fortunate to be able to contact those who match our requirements directly, enabling individuals to engage with their potential new team lead from the outset.
To continue to capture the excellent expressions of interest we receive, a Talent Database was created at the beginning of January and is enabling us to engage with outstanding future talent and help match their aspirations with our own requirements. This has produced an extraordinary talent pipeline to aide our growth and we are very excited about it!
As Inzpire’s internal recruiter, and RAF veteran, I am able to recognise knowledge, skills and experience of service leavers and offer advice and guidance, where needed, to applicants from the Armed Forces Community. We are also very proud to support the Armed Forces Community with a guaranteed interview where that is possible.
That said, our talent comes from all walks of life and we value such diversity; it is pivotal to our success. We genuinely recognise that the standard 8-5 working pattern does not suit everybody and that flexibility is the key to success for both parties. We try our very best to accommodate a working pattern that suits each individual and a laptop isn’t a benefit, it is part and parcel of the job.
Whilst hiring technology is in abundance these days, there really is no substitute for the personal touch, and that is something we believe we do very well. Don’t just take my word for it though, see what our employees had to say!
"Flexible working policies ensure that I can maintain a career and still achieve a work-life balance that supports my young family. I have never missed a school event and I can manage my working diary around the school holidays. All whilst being afforded the opportunity to develop my career and potential" - Full-time working mum and military spouse.
"After 14 house moves in my service career, Inzpire’s home-working option allowed me to accept their job offer without disrupting my families’ personal life and allowed continuity of employment for my wife" - Royal Air Force Veteran
"Inzpire has enabled me to carry on as a Reservist with the RNR Air Branch within Commando Helicopter Force, allowing me to fill some gaps in front line flying to facilitate Operational output" - Royal Navy Reservist
"The entire company, from the division team, HR team and even the CEO himself, made my transition from the military to civilian life completely seamless but more importantly, stress free" - Army Veteran
We continue to grow year-on-year, proving time and again that our broad-ranging in-house experience and unwavering desire to think differently and delivery the finest products and services has far-reaching benefits for our military and civilian clients in the UK and overseas.
