Inzpire has its own fully certified ISO9001:2015 quality management system, which has been developed internally over several years. We have an in-house team with experience in aerospace, software development and general quality management systems (QMS) with the skills and knowledge required to assist other companies in achieving their quality goals, whether it be formal certification, initiating a new quality management system or improving their existing systems.
Our quality management team includes a highly-experienced aerospace auditor who is fully certified for EN9100:2018, EN9110:2018, EN9120:2018 and ISO9001:2015 certifications (the aerospace/defence QMS standards for production, maintenance and stockist suppliers) and has experience in conducting UKAS accredited audits for Bureau Veritas and industry-leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) in aerospace, defence and software.

Our quality management team is fully qualified to carry out accredited International Aerospace Quality Group (IAQG) quality management system audits, and can be sub-contracted to accredited certification bodies such as Bureau Veritas and the BSI Group (British Standards Institution) as a sub-contractor, our lead auditor is qualified to plan, execute and report audits either as a single auditor or as a team lead. Although certified under the UK accreditation service our lead auditor is certified under the IAQG Oasis database and as such can carry out audits internationally.
With 15 years’ experience in aerospace auditing and over 25 years’ experience in general quality management, our team can provide robust gap analysis for organisations that need to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their quality management system. In particular our experts can help identify any issues or areas that need addressing ahead of formal certification in the areas of project management, software development, manufacturing processes (general engineering), aerospace, production, and maintenance and supply chain management.
With over 25 years’ experience of implementing and maintaining certified quality management systems both in military and civil operations, our quality assurance team can provide independent advice and practical help to establish, maintain and improve an organisation’s quality management system.
We have particular expertise in aerospace, mission critical software, maintenance repair and project management.

- Implementing self-sustaining corrective action activities.
- The use of a risk based approach.
With experience in aerospace auditing to formal IAQG standards, our team carry out independent supplier audits on behalf of clients in order to provide independent reports on performance and compliance, according to clients’ specific requirements and standards. These reports can then be used by clients as part of their formal supplier evaluation process. We can also provide suggestions and solutions to help formulate improvements based upon our reports.
