Inzpire was selected to conduct some detailed analysis to highlight where UK Defence could better use its mission data in order to maintain and improve the credible advantage gained through the continuous, adaptive, decisive and resilient employment of information and information systems; otherwise known as information advantage. The team completed an extensive round of engagement with key organisations and was able to bring all concerned along the way towards agreement with the approach and final recommendations.
The paper was staffed through all levels up to Chief of Defence Intelligence and the recommendations accepted. This paper is proving pivotal in driving forward reform throughout the mission data world.
