Inzpire is a world-leader in collective training solutions providing air, land and maritime training in both live and synthetic environments.
Inzpire has proven credentials in delivering doctrinally correct, challenging, efficient and effective training services. Our training experts have delivered over 1000 collective training exercises in synthetic, live and blended live-synthetic environments. We provide a full range of collective training services including highly trained realistic opposition forces, exercise control and debriefing teams. Our ex-military training experts regularly deliver in both joint and coalition contexts and we are the RAF’s chosen collective training exercise support provider for the new UK MoD defence operational training capability programme (GLADIATOR).
Inzpire’s specialism lies in listening to our customer’s requirements in order to design and deliver unique training solutions to fit their needs. Our opposition forces specialists will provide highly realistic challenges whilst our experienced exercise management experts will control, manage and orchestrate training to ensure doctrinally accurate results that deliver superb training outcomes.
With over a decade of partnership with the RAF, our training specialists provide synergies across the live, virtual and constructive (LVC) domains. Inzpire has a deep understanding of synthetic technologies and we have vast experience of exploiting every possible benefit to ensure maximum value for money and guaranteed training outcomes. All our staff have the highest professional qualifications and our team includes multiple Qualified Weapons Instructors, Electronic Warfare Instructors, ISR Instructors and Qualified Gunnery Instructors.
Our training expertise has been honed through the design and delivery of the RAF’s premier live and synthetic collective training exercises. In 2018, our highly acclaimed 3-week live-flying exercise trained over 200 personnel, from many nations whilst combining Qualified Weapons Instructor practical assessments for a host of platforms. In 2019, during a 2-week exercise, we synthetically trained over 150 personnel in a joint, multinational and distributed exercise which included extensive maritime based scenarios. Since 2017 we have designed and delivered divisional-level synthetic training for the British Army. We routinely run collective training events in conjunction with the Maritime Composite Training System (MCTS) at HMS COLLINGWOOD, training Type 45 ops room teams and the QE class carriers.
Inzpire regularly trains personnel in both single service and joint environments and design and deliver training scenarios across broad coalitions. Our large-scale collective training events are world-renowned for their effectiveness, efficiency and focussed outcomes. We have experience training personnel from flight to expeditionary air wing, from battle group to division and from single ship to carrier strike group. We design, build and deliver live and synthetic international exercises and have trained armed forces personnel from across the world.
Inzpire has an unrivalled reputation and our collective training team has received many accolades for its work. These range from senior officer commendations to Royal Aeronautical Society awards and have been bestowed upon our delivery teams and a number of individuals. However, the feedback that motivates us most is when a soldier, sailor or airman tells us we’ve really helped them learn and improve.
Instructors are an increasingly rare commodity and need to be used carefully and with great effect. One of Inzpire’s proven enablers is for us to control all aspects of exercise delivery so that your valuable instructors can concentrate solely on their trainees. This increases first time pass rates, increases student flow-through and provides an enduring foundation on which improvements can readily be achieved. We have a team embedded on 29 Sqn at RAF Coningsby who provide this exact service and make a huge difference.
We recognise that ultimately all instructors want to teach – let us build and facilitate the exercises, enabling your valuable teachers to do their job.
Inzpire has worked closely with Fleet Operational Standards and Training (FOST) staff, the Maritime Warfare School (MWS) and individual ships’ teams to develop complex, realistic and immersive training events.
The events, such as Exercise VIRTUAL FURY, have been used by ships deploying to operational theatres to prepare their command teams and to expand the training they are currently offered by the Royal Navy. Inzpire White Force, working both distributed and in HMS COLLINGWOOD, were able to provide SME support to teams during the planning and execution of maritime training, and facilitated comprehensive debriefs to ensure every individual benefitted from it.
Inzpire White Force have also supported Royal Navy equipment trials, most notably trialling a revolutionary new system allowing a ship to act as its own simulator to facilitate maritime training whilst alongside or at sea, across the globe. Inzpire personnel designed, created, briefed and executed the trial for the Royal Navy in consultation with FOST and Naval Command Head Quarters (NCHQ).
Inzpire also employs littoral strike experts who can ensure that any training gaps in amphibious operations can be identified and rectified in as short a timescale as possible. These experts can look at every facet of littoral operations to ensure that they are carried out by a comprehensive, agile fighting force.
