Trusted worldwide by governments, militaries and national infrastructure providers, Inzpire’s world- class team delivers exceptional training solutions with unrivalled expertise.
Inzpire’s reputation is built on our ability to deliver outstanding training. From helicopter flying instruction, through uncrewed air vehicle and ISR support to joint fires and complex maritime exercises, our experts provide training delivery expertise honed through both operational military experience and years spent in the commercial world. They bring with them an understanding of the Royal Navy, Army, Royal Air Force and Civil Service and are all experts in their fields.
Our pedigree extends beyond our military instruction; the human factors training we provide for military audiences has been adapted for the National Health Service, the rail industry, oil and gas industry and the nuclear sector. We’ve also taken our deep understanding of how to achieve highly effective training outcomes to provide solutions for a number of critical national infrastructure providers.
With experience gained from operational service in the British Armed Forces, combined with several years spent in industry, our training experts are highly qualified and have the credentials required to deliver training that meets all learning outcomes.
Our training team includes:
We understand that it is important for students to learn from instructors who have the qualifications and experience to deliver training. Therefore all of Inzpire’s instructors are defence compatible and compliant to both deliver and assure training.
Inzpire’s reputation for delivering cyber security and resilience training for the UK MoD, National Cyber Security Centre, critical national infrastructure providers and international Governments and militaries is based on our belief that the key to surviving in a hostile and contested cyber environment is mission assurance; the ability to continue to provide your operational output no matter the circumstances.
Our training and exercises are tailored to the organisation and the audience, teaching teams and individuals how to minimise the likelihood of a cyber-attack being successful and minimise the impact of a successful cyber-attack.
Our cyber training is delivered by experienced ex-military and Special Forces instructors, whose current and relevant knowledge is gained from them being based at the Joint Intelligence Training Group, the headquarters of both the UK’s Defence College of Intelligence and the British Army Intelligence Corps.
Inzpire employs a number of highly qualified ex-military ISR instructors who have accumulated over 50,000 flying hours of unmanned and manned aircraft military ISR operational experience. Our expertise spans numerous airborne platform operations, and all of our ISR experts are graduates of the UK ISR Weapons School and hold the Qualified Weapon Instructor ISR (QWI ISR) qualification.
All members of the team have vast experience in the delivery of operationally focused training, delivering courses in the UK and several overseas locations in Europe, The Middle East and Africa. All courses are delivered in a flexible and modular format to best meet the customer’s needs, understanding that one size does not fit all. We work closely with our customers from the outset to understand the training objectives – designing courses specifically to meet the requirement.
We specialise in providing support to customers in understanding how to effectively Process, Exploit and Disseminate ISR information to help achieve decision advantage.
Inzpire’s highly experienced human factors instructors deliver all of the human factors training to the RAF’s trainee pilots and have also delivered training to individuals and teams within:
All of our instructors are Myers Briggs Type Indicator psychometric qualified, which allows them to develop an understanding of the audience in front of them and to react accordingly to different questions or debates that may arise during the learning sessions.
We are firm believers in the power of storytelling and use anecdotes and examples from many areas of life to bring our programmes to life. From Formula 1 to rock music, Disney films to Greek mythology, our instructors use relatable, engaging and funny examples to capture their audience’s attention and make them feel comfortable in discussing the issues in front of them. Whilst we encourage our trainees to have fun and create a lively atmosphere during our training sessions, we ensure at all times that our main focus is delivering content which will meet our customer’s requirements.
We are extremely flexible in our approach to delivering human factors training, meaning that every session truly is different to the last. If necessary, we will turn off the projector during a presentation and let the audience go with what they feel is important, encouraging and facilitating constructive conversation and debate.
We truly inspire our audiences and motivate them to be the best possible version of themselves. Our aim is to train attitudes for the better. Better performance, both as individuals and as teams, will naturally flow from that.
In addition to providing both unique and commercial-off-the-shelf classroom-based training, Inzpire is also privileged to deliver live flying training in the rotary domain.
Our operationally experienced Qualified Helicopter Flying Instructors teach all aspects of the Wildcat Battlefield Reconnaissance Helicopter Conversion to Type courses at RNAS Yeovilton. We also deliver the Apache Attack Helicopter Conversion to Role course at RAF Wattisham and have extensive experience of delivering both Converstion to Type and Conversion to Role training for the Apache Attack Helicopter.
Additionally, our fixed wing experts, who are embedded within 29 Squadron at RAF Coningsby, have executed many live exercises in complex operating environments. One such example is Exercise TYPHOON WARRIOR – previous iterations of the exercise have seen our team orchestrate the movements of almost 50 aircraft from across the RAF and United States Air Force (Europe), personnel from RAF Boulmer, Spadeadam, and Number 1 Air Control Centre Scampton and the Royal Navy.

Inzpire
On 2nd October, we were delighted to host our inaugural Annual Reception at London’s award-winning gallery, Frameless.
Inzpire’s agility, flexibility and experience of delivering military training was applied to a large-scale, complex series of exercises for the commercial sector. The team quickly and effectively understood the breadth of stakeholder training need and tailored the exercises and scenarios for the participating organisations. The result was immersive scenarios that exceeded the expectations of participating stakeholders
