Inzpire’s leadership academy aims to equip junior managers with the tools and techniques required to help them lead teams in the workplace. Participants will learn how to inspire their teams to act proactively.
This programme will help a business to plan for succession by equipping targeted personnel with the skills required to help them lead a team of people in whatever task they undertake. Graduates from this course will become ‘agents for change’ in an organisation by inspiring the workforce to take ownership and to be proactive in their daily duties. This approach has been proven to be effective in reducing errors in production, operations, and customer engagement. A more engaged workforce is always a more productive workforce and this course will embed management personnel with the right attitude to effect change where it is needed.
This programme is suitable for junior and middle managers who are looking to progress in their chosen field, or for individuals identified as prospects for promotion within a business setting.
This type of programme will be spread over a period of approximately 12 months with an end of course project(s) to cover real-time customer issues such as reducing costs, error reduction and communication strategies.
