The aim of this course is to introduce students to in-depth uses of open-source data and information for intelligence purposes. Students will study several areas where open-source information is used to support wider analysis and assessment.
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to apply open-source information analysis and assessment into their intelligence products. Students will be provided with comprehensive skills and knowledge to use within their own areas of intelligence responsibility.
This course is aimed at civilian and military personnel at all levels who will use open-source data and information to support intelligence analysis and assessment. This course is modular in design and can be adapted to meet the specific requirements of the students, team, organisation or agency.
