What is STEM?
STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) related subjects are important disciplines in our everyday lives. Nationally we are facing skill shortages in all STEM related fields and as society advances, the requirements for a skilled STEM talent pool continues to rapidly grow.
As we look at ways to circumvent the STEM skills shortage, one of the ways to tackle the issue is by taking part in various STEM projects, locally and nationally with our cohort of STEM ambassadors.
Inzpire is helping to support the future generations of a STEM based workforce. This future generation is the one that could potentially combat challenges such as global warming, or innovate the way we live and operate in our highly technological-driven society. It is our responsibility to ensure these challenges are met head-on, therefore we commit to encouraging and educating the next generation who are focused in pursuing a STEM related career.
How is Inzpire helping with STEM?
At Inzpire we operate a highly skilled and talented workforce. Our employees possess a variety of STEM based skills with many years’ experience in STEM related fields.
As one of the fastest growing defence companies in the country, we feel it is important to ensure the future requirements of a STEM based workforce are met. Therefore we are engaging with communities, schools, colleges and universities across the country and passing our wealth of experience on to the next generation at events such as the RAF's inaugural Forces in STEM event.
