As a result of Inzpire’s continued success and business expansion in both the UK and overseas markets, we are seeking Expressions of Interest from exceptional individuals with protective security expertise, to work within the technical services area of Inzpire.
We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced protective security specialists to work within our growing Special Access Programme Security Team, to provide specialist security support to MOD projects classified up to and including Above Secret and Special Access Programmes.
Suitable applicants must be protective security specialists with experience in all/some of the following areas:

We are keen to hear from truly exceptional, professionally credible, “hands on” security experts who can draw on an in-depth knowledge of the application of effective security risk management within the defence sector, up to the highest security classifications. Additionally, a background in Above Secret and / or Special Access Programme security would be beneficial.
You will enjoy customer-facing roles, assessing the maturity and coverage of existing security policies, whilst having the problem-solving ability and enthusiasm to deep dive with defence capability development technical stakeholders at a platform level. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision will be required as well as a willingness to contribute your own suggestions and ideas for business improvement.

Due to the nature of elements of the role, the successful applicant must be a UK National and may be required to successfully complete National Security Vetting which may require criminal record, security service and credit reference checks; qualification will also normally require a minimum UK residency of at least 5 years.
