FLEXIBLE WORKING

We trust our people. Many of our colleagues flex their hours to accommodate commitments such as school drop-offs, exercising or just enjoying a walk.

UNCAPPED LEAVE

We provide 30 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) per year as standard. To enable our team to establish an even better work-life balance, we also offer an uncapped leave scheme, at line manager discretion.

HEALTH INSURANCE

Our employees all have the chance to opt in to private medical and dental insurance from day one. They also have the option to add family members onto these policies, at a preferential rate.

WELLBEING

We have a team of over 50 mental health first aiders to be the first point of contact, in absolute confidence, for any employee who needs support.

SUPPORTING RESERVISTS

We provide an additional 15 days paid leave for any of our team members who are also reservists in the armed forces.

MATERNITY & PATERNITY PAY

Our company maternity pay tops up statutory payments to the equivalent of 18 weeks’ full pay. We also offer four weeks full pay for those eligible for paternity leave.
