ACTING ETHICALLY AND WITH COMPLETE INTEGRITY IS FUNDAMENTAL TO THE WAY WE DO BUSINESS.
“We act, at all times, in accordance with the highest professional standards and we do not accept any behaviour or practice that compromises our values, or which is incompatible with our core principles.
"This extends to all of our business dealings and to our relationships with others throughout the countries in which we operate.”

Upholding Integrity in Every Endeavor
Our commitment to professional standards and core values across all global operations.
We will always:
comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the countries within which we operate
avoid operating in those countries or areas where our ethical values would be conflicted or compromised
act with transparency in all of our dealings with customers and business partners
respect and value our customers, business partners and employees
protect our business assets and those entrusted to us by our customers and business partners. We will not tolerate the misuse of information to gain advantage

We are also passionate about inspiring young people within science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) and making careers in these areas more accessible. Scroll down to our STEM section to find out more!
Equality of opportunity, inclusion and diversity within the workplace, and professional kindness to others, is the bare minimum that our colleagues can expect.
We are very proud of our workplace culture; from our earliest days, we have always set out to be different to standard businesses in terms of our approach to our people. We want to not only provide a safe and supportive environment for all, but to be a positive example for other employers.

We have pledged to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and achieve ‘Net Zero’ by 2040, or sooner if possible.
To help us achieve this, we have introduced a range of initiatives to reduce our impact on the planet through the way we work, travel and use our office space. What’s more, we also continue to encourage our colleagues to consider innovation - not only in what we deliver, but how we deliver it; GHG emission reduction is an Inzpire-wide activity.
Our Carbon Reduction Plan details our progress and is underpinned by a wider-reaching Net Zero Strategy and detailed implementation plan.
INZPIRE IS HELPING TO SUPPORT THE FUTURE GENERATIONS OF A STEM-BASED WORKFORCE.
What is STEM?
STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and mathematics; these disciplines are absolutely essential, and play a crucial role in our everyday lives.
Nationally, we are facing skills shortages in all STEM-related fields, and, as society advances, the requirements for a skilled STEM talent pool continues to grow at a rapid pace.
HELPING TO CLOSE THE SKILLS SHORTAGE
We operate a highly skilled and talented workforce, with many of our employees possessing a variety of STEM-based skills with many years of experience.
Therefore, one of the ways we help to tackle the shortage of skilled STEM individuals is by taking part in various STEM projects across the UK with our cohort of ambassadors.
WHY IS STEM IMPORTANT TO US?
STEM is at the heart of everything we do. From developing next-generation defence products, to ensuring operational readiness and cyber resilience - we rely on a highly skilled workforce grounded in technical excellence.
It's not just important; it's vital. It fuels our mission, shapes our capabilities and secures the future.

We should all aim to encourage the next generation to achieve the impossible. At Inzpire, we help support all the future generations in furthering their STEM education and career pathway. Only if we open their minds to the world of STEM now, will they be able to meet the challenges we face now and in the future.

Intelligence Instructor & Inzpire STEM Lead
Supporting STEM events is a hugely important and joyful activity. Opening the next generation’s eyes to the challenges and rewards of a STEM career is extremely fulfilling and helps inspire the future’s scientists and engineers. I’ve supported several events for schools and Air Cadets, and each time I’m left with admiration and wonderment for how today’s younger generations possess so much talent, and how it just needs a little nudge to release their limitless potential in the STEM domains.
Alistair Howard
Business Development Manager & STEM Ambassador
We recognise that science, technology, engineering and mathematics are the driving forces behind innovation in defence, aviation and beyond. By engaging with these initiatives, we help to inspire the next generation of aviators, engineers, analysts and problem-solvers who will shape the future. Our commitment to STEM is not just about inspiring individuals; it is about ensuring the UK has a skilled and diverse workforce ready to tackle the challenges of tomorrow.
Andy Rogerson
EW & Electromagnetic Spectrum Expert & STEM Ambassador
As a STEM ambassador, we open doors to endless possibilities that drive innovation and progress, demonstrating the excitement and wonder of STEM subjects to the younger generation. These activities aren’t just about learning; they’re about discovering the amazing aspects of STEM that can lead to fulfilling and impactful careers.
“It is always a delight to participate in these events, not only because they’re enjoyable, but also because the children are having fun and learning simultaneously.
Helen Zachariassen
Junior Cyber Exercise Planner & STEM Ambassador
Inzpire has been instrumental in supporting CyberFirst in the Northwest through a number of opportunities, including the Girls Competition, as well as delivering CyberFirst days and Empower events. We are thrilled to have the commitment of such a dedicated and enthusiastic organisation as we continue to extend our reach across the region and support young people to make informed career choices in the sector.
Lauren Monks
Director of Careers Education Programmes, IN4 Group
STEM is the foundation of everything we achieve and support within Inzpire. I became a STEM Ambassador over 10 years ago when I was still in the RAF as I want to encourage more children to consider a STEM career. I enjoy working with younger children to help keep their interest in STEM and hopefully act as a role model, especially to young girls to show what they can achieve.
Louise Knowles
Senior Programme Manager & STEM Ambassador
Inzpire’s commitment to training the UK Cyber Team has been invaluable. They delivered a bespoke training day featuring over six hours of workshops and team-building exercises, helping to transform a group of skilled individuals into a cohesive, high-performing unit.

As a STEM Ambassador, I’m super passionate about getting out there and showing young people, especially females, that a career in tech is, exciting, rewarding and 100% achievable. At Inzpire, we’re big on STEM outreach, and I really enjoy running hands on cyber activities that make tech feel more accessible for everyone. I’m looking forward to delivering more STEM sessions, specifically across the North-West region, and hopefully inspiring the next wave of future cyber experts!
