Leaving the air force after serving 22 years was a daunting prospect. Choosing Inzpire as my next career path was a decision I have never regretted.

My role takes all the good parts from service life and adds a whole lot more. Teamwork, ethos and pride are just a few points and of course, international travel, but with a high quality of work/life balance.
When I joined Inzpire, I remember my first boss saying that she’d been with company for three years and the shine still hadn’t worn off! Having been here since 2017, I feel the same. I’ve watched us grow massively, but throughout it all, we’ve always looked after our people and our customers.
I feel very lucky to be working in such a great company. My job is challenging, yet I am afforded the flexibility to manage my own time to fit in with being a mum!

Moving to Inzpire has been great after working within the MOD for 19 years in the civil service. I now work with a great team of like-minded people, enjoying the freedom and flexibility to manage my own workload and time, delivering a great work/life balance.
I have an enjoyable, meaningful role that is balanced with a busy, young family. I have been encouraged and supported through pregnancy, promotion, maternity leave, flexible working requests and a nasty injury. I feel a huge sense of loyalty to Inzpire for all they have done for me.
Working for Inzpire rocks. I have management backing to be myself, discover new ways of doing things, innovate, learn constantly and, in doing so, deliver a world-class product.
