We provide live and synthetic training for defence personnel utilising multi-domain scenarios, supporting multiple training audiences up to and including Qualified Weapons Instructor training for Typhoon; tactical air command and control; and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.
Our people are the contracted White Force for Gladiator, providing accurate, realistic scenario design, exercise delivery and execution in the synthetic environment. We are also embedded within 92 Squadron at the Air and Space Warfare Centre, where we are trusted to design and deliver Ex COBRA WARRIOR – the UK’s capstone live air exercise.
Our flagship human factors training is designed to increase individual and team performance through analysing interactions with our equipment; our environment; and most importantly, with other people.
We provide engaging programmes for aircrew, air traffic controllers, aircraft maintainers and anyone who has a direct impact on the safe operation of aircraft - in both military and civil organisations. Our training is ratified by the Military Aviation Authority and is aligned with all current aviation regulations.
From foundation-level courses to specialised instruction for advanced practitioners, we design, build and deliver air intelligence training to UK and overseas customers. Our operationally experienced instructors are helping to develop and sustain the skillsets required to support 4th+ Generation sovereign and coalition air operations.
Equipped to work in high-pressure situations, we deliver live flying training, classroom-based tactical instruction, simulator expertise and procurement and capability consultancy to aviation sectors in the UK and internationally.
We currently provide Chinook Mk6 synthetic training and support the delivery of all aspects of training for the Multinational Helicopter Training Centre in Sintra, Portugal.
At the forefront of electromagnetic spectrum operations, we deliver flexible EW training - ranging from the fundamentals to advanced instructor levels. We are equipping militaries worldwide with the essential knowledge to build and enhance EW capabilities across the joint battlespace.
To enhance military training, our talented engineers design and develop simulations and products tailored to operational requirements. This includes small, cost-effective simulators, through to the integration of larger simulation systems that support end-to-end training for a diverse range of use-cases. Our simulator solutions seamlessly integrate into other domains, enabling comprehensive joint training scenarios.
As the UK MOD's trusted 'customer friend', our embedded capability management teams are pivotal to delivering next-generation air power. They provide vital systems engineering, programme management and requirements expertise across current and future combat air capabilities. We are instrumental in supporting air capability development, assessment and acceptance for UK MOD.
The future battlespace demands robust security accreditation. Our specialist capability security team is at the vanguard of this work - providing security expertise, guidance and training to enable defence and industry to develop, assure and integrate next-generation capabilities while maintaining operational and information advantage.
Our highly experienced engineering personnel are embedded within the Defence Equipment & Support delivery teams. As trusted partners, our ex-military project engineers, systems engineers and safety professionals apply extensive air domain knowledge to help ensure that new capabilities are developed in line with established compliance processes and rigorous safety assurance standards. We deliver crucial technical expertise, operational experience and assured governance as an integral part of the Whole Force engineering effort.
Drawing on over 200 years of combined pan-service, multi-domain operational experience, we provide expert consultancy services and training solutions for uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) operations. This is aligned to our clients’ specified Defence Systems Approach to Training principles and across a broad spectrum of platform size, operational scale and activity type.
As a platform and sensor agnostic team, we offer an impartial UAS test and evaluation and technical consultancy service to help customers select the best systems to suit their individual needs.
We are also a contributing member of the UK National Air Traffic Service BVLOS Drone Forum, providing UAS training advice and consultancy to assist the UK Government and Civil Aviation Authority in integrating beyond visual line of sight UAS into UK airspace.
Surviving and winning in today's contested environments demands comprehensive electromagnetic spectrum exploitation. Our specialist teams enable this mission-critical knowledge through operationally trusted mission data analysis, production and support.
Our qualified experts work in close liaison with intelligence, aircrew and the Air and Space Warfare Centre to deliver current, relevant mission data for training, trials and operations across major air platforms including Typhoon and A400M.
Ensuring new air systems are rigorously tested and safe for frontline use, we provide specialised trials management support to the UK's 41 Test & Evaluation Squadron. Our experts have extensive combat air operations and engineering experience, maintaining the highest standards in flight test and evaluation processes, as well as promoting an air safety culture.
Inzpire SMEs are fundamental to the ASWC’s delivery of team and collective training in both the live and synthetic environments. The flexibility introduced through this [White Force] contract is exactly what we need, working in partnership, to optimise how we use our Whole Force personnel to continue to develop and deliver the world-class training we owe to our warfighters.
Ex STORM WARRIOR has become almost unrecognisable from earlier iterations. It has built-in complexity, managed expertly by the Inzpire team, and has amazed with its capacity to flex to maintain pace with both the modern threat and the increasingly complex capabilities which we are expected to exercise. We are incredibly lucky to have such dedicated, passionate individuals working to support the development of our future QWIs
The successful conclusion of Exercise COBRA WARRIOR 24-2 represents a significant achievement and is testament to the hard work of all involved in the planning and delivery of the largest and most complex multi-domain iteration of the exercise to date. This is only possible due to the synergistic blend of Service Personnel and the Inzpire team that is embedded within 92 Squadron, and across the wider Air & Space Warfare Centre, as part of our One Defence construct.
Inzpire’s knowledge and experience has been invaluable in delivering the required network solutions for the F-35 programme. Excellent stakeholder management skills, which have been necessary across a diverse and complex IS/IT community and has enabled us to deliver the outcomes required.
