Live flying training is undeniably costly. Getting it right first time, every time, is the only route to success.
Using experienced ex-military operators equipped to work in the most high-pressured of situations, we provide bespoke, scalable training solutions.
With the capability to effectively support military, emergency service or civilian clients worldwide, our operationally experienced instructors deliver live flying training tailored to the requirements of our customers. Our team currently delivers training on the Wildcat helicopter platform, with extensive experience on Apache.
Our RPAS experts have delivered operational and maintenance training for portable and packable mini drones in support of Project TIQUILA.
Subcontracted through Lockheed Martin, our team supplied training needs analysis, training design and training delivery services to British Army uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) instructors to ensure that new UAS capabilities are maximised by users.
Since 2016, Inzpire has provided three Civilian Qualified Helicopter Instructors (CQHI) to the British Army Air Corps (AAC) WILDCAT AH Mk 1 Reconnaissance Helicopter (RH) Conversion to Type (CTT) and Conversion to Role (CTR) programmes.
Our CQHIs have contributed to the training of over 100 pilots and 40 rear crew while supporting the worldwide deployment of the WILDCAT AH Mk 1.
Ground training is the foundation of a successful flying training system.
Our team delivers ground-school and helicopter tactics ground instruction to the UK Armed Forces and several European nations through the Multinational Helicopter Training Centre, utilising the latest techniques to deliver immersive training.
Ground training doesn’t stop once the aircrew have qualified.
We believe in a continuous learning process throughout the aircrew lifecycle, reinforcing basic lessons and helping individuals continue their development to reach their full potential.
Designed by tactics instructors with unparalleled operational flying experience and capabilities, our tactical helicopter training uses up-to-date inputs from current global operations to enhance our customers’ understanding of the battlespace.
Both our Tactical Air Operations Course and Composite Air Operations: Supporting Helicopters Course are packed with the critical information required to improve students’ knowledge of tactical helicopter operations.
These data-rich courses can be delivered at a location to suit the customer and can be adapted to suit audience requirements – with a range of theory and practical modules available.
Our team are experts in all aspects of the intelligence cycle and RPAS operations within both military and civilian sectors, having delivered UAS operational concepts to the Belgian MoD.
This course provided multi-domain training to personnel involved in UAS procurement, giving students the skills and knowledge to make strategic decisions. Through theory and practical exercises, we provided students with the critical knowledge of ISR process from an operational perspective.
As technology progresses, more training needs to be conducted within the synthetic environment, enabling aircrew to familiarise themselves with increasingly sophisticated aircraft.
Our engineers design and develop simulations and products tailored to operational requirements. This includes small, cost-effective simulators, through to the integration of larger simulation systems.
Our team possesses a wealth of experience across a broad spectrum of systems – including providing Chinook Mk6 training at RAF Odiham and synthetic training support to the Multinational Helicopter Training Centre (MHTC) – meaning our knowledge is adaptable to all aspects of rotary aviation.
Our helicopter services team instructs over 20 European nations at the MHTC in Sintra, Portugal. This training culminates in an intensive assessed simulator package, ensuring the standard of instruction is satisfactory prior to the flying phase.
We can also teach individuals how to operate UAS systems using our Compact Agile Simulation Equipment for Uncrewed Aerial Systems (CASE UAS).
CASE UAS is a mixed-reality, small-medium uncrewed aerial systems simulator that brings drone operations into a virtual battlespace.
Our team of former RAF Chinook aircrew instructors - with over 33,000 hours of combined flying experience - have been generating training scenarios for the Chinook Mk6 that accurately mirror frontline conditions.
This successful partnership with Lockheed Martin UK has been ongoing since 2018.
Our project managers and procurement experts have worked on all areas of capability within the aviation sector. Inzpire’s aircrew are tactical experts and can support customers in analysing the strengths, weaknesses and potential threats with any aircraft type.
Our experienced ISR and RPAS subject matter experts (SMEs) can support programmes in a variety of different ways...
Our internationally renowned human factors experts deliver courses to improve individual and team performance, reducing human error and increasing safety and efficiency.

Since 2008, we have worked in partnership with the RAF’s Central Flying School to deliver a world-renowned training programme.
We are the only organisation that provides this training to the UK military, using a wide range of multimedia, personal anecdotes and practical exercises.
Our range of military aviation human factors training includes:
Flying training system courses
Aircrew front line courses
Engineer and aircraft maintainer courses
Air traffic control
We also have experience delivering human factors training to a range of public and private sector organisations:
Our rail industry training enhances the safety of passengers and staff, with a focus on driver and maintainer awareness.
Our work with medical teams teaches effective briefing and debriefing techniques to identify mistakes and learn from them.
We work within hospitals to help staff build the courage to speak up, even when it is difficult to do so.
We’ve helped teams within the financial sector to develop better communications practices, leading to more engaged workforces.
We provide individual mentoring sessions to personnel on a one-to-one basis from a wide variety of sectors, building strong relationships of trust between us and our clients.
Our aim is to maximise our customers’ potential through coaching techniques and regular support as they develop.
