A Christmas Message from Managing Director Bren Nolan

The last year has been a testing period for everyone.
At Inzpire we work with some amazing people: our brave armed forces, both full time and reserve; the civil servants who work so hard in the MOD and DE&S delivering capability; and the whole force with contributions from companies like Inzpire and many others.
We have all been challenged on so many fronts, not least our people who have been impacted by the cost-of-living crisis. It is amazing to see is how well the defence industry has pulled together to support its people in so many different ways.
When I joined Inzpire in the summer I was struck by the number of positive messages I received from all three groups I have just mentioned. This is surely a testament to the strength of the UK defence Industry and our collective purpose to support those who are serving.
Regardless of commercial and competitive considerations – we are in it for the same reason. We all do our bit to make sure our troops are equipped, trained and supported to keep them safe on operations.
Christmas is a time when many of us reflect and give thanks. Whatever your personal beliefs, if you celebrate Christmas or not, I wish you well. Thanks for all you have done this past year and all you will be asked to do in future. I look forward to continued partnerships with my industry colleagues to collectively support our customers.
