First up is Alex Mitchell, Inzpire Sales Executive. Alex explained:
“Having never taken a part in a 5k fun run, half marathon or full marathon before now, it seemed only logical to select an ultra-marathon as my first (and long over-due) fundraising activity!”, he said. “Having seen a number of family members and close family friends battle cancer over the years, and knowing the excellent work that Macmillan do and the support they provide to cancer sufferers throughout the UK I couldn’t think of a more worthy cause. I will also be running in an effort to raise money for the Alzheimer’s Society, a disease which has sadly affected my grandfather, who has been a great mentor to me throughout my life”.
