Having served in the RAF for 27 years, Chris is an AD QWI by trade, with 2500 hrs on the Tornado F3. He was fortunate enough to work in the USA with the US Navy in Norfolk, VA as the UK representative designing the Operational Test for F35 before moving west to Edwards AFB, CA where he became the AWC lead as the UK Operational Test Director within the Joint Operational Test Team for F35, a role which laid the foundations for the stand up of 17 (R) TES and the future participation of the UK in the Lightning 5th generation world.
