On the 7th to 8th June, our Business Development and Marketing team headed down south for their annual team building trip to the beautiful county of Dorset – where some of the team are based.
The trip consisted of a team meeting overlooking the picturesque harbour, followed by a boat trip and dinner by the sea. The team then reconvened in the morning for a breakfast meeting and a walk around Bournemouth Pier before heading back up north.
Ellie Moore, Marketing & Communications Officer, said:
"Having only recently joined Inzpire in May, the team building trip was the perfect opportunity for me to get to know the whole team - especially as not everyone is based locally to the office.
"The team have all been so welcoming, and it's been great to learn more about their day-to-day roles too. I think team building initiatives like this are so important to help with everyday wellbeing, as well as enabling us to do our jobs better and support each other."
“We were able to have a group discussion about what we’re currently working on, as well as gain different perspectives and ideas, which has been useful to help develop our communications strategy. Of course, there was a little bit of downtime too – finishing the day off with a delicious meal, overlooking the sea.”
