Inzpire was delighted to support Babcock International's Collaboration and Innovation Event at the Defence BattleLab in Dorset on 25-26 May 2022.
With the aim of tackling an increasingly dynamic range of current and future defence problem-sets, the defence prime's pioneering two-day event at Defence BattleLab realised Babcock’s ‘partner story’. Babcock has brought together a select group of like-minded inventive, agile and flexible companies and subject matter experts (SMEs) in order to co-create a vendor-agnostic ecosystem across some of the most cutting-edge technologies and services.
Inzpire’s Mission Training Device and ISR Divisions demonstrated the company's cost-effective ISR and UAS Compact Agile Simulator Equipment (CASE), highlighting its deployability in support of military operations and scalability with connectivity between multiple systems. The team were also able to demonstrate how CASE is re-configurable,with the ability to easily upgrade hardware and/or software to mitigate obsolescence.
Inzpire also exhibited a range of defence-related training services to support the collaborative ecosystem technologies - services that can be integrated into existing and future defence infrastructures. As part of this Babcock ecosystem, Inzpire offers UAS consultancy, training and managed services to support military, government, civil agency or commercial defined tasks or requirements, promoting a more efficient service to the customer. Inzpire are able to do this due to their years of military UAS and ISR operational experience, highly experienced UAS pilots, sensor operators, mission commanders and intelligence co-ordinators. The company's personnel are able to operate various classes of UAS, instruct on how to best employ UAS platforms, sensors and exploit the information and intelligence gained.
Inzpire’s Director of Operations, Jonny Priest, who attended the event said: "Inzpire has a proud tradition and ethos centred around innovating at speed to meet customer requirements throughout the lifecycle of products and services.
We were proud to be invited to the Defence BattleLab event, which demonstrated a fantastic way for SMEs with truly innovative solutions to be brought together. Together, these experts can create joint solutions that meet evolving customer needs in a timely manner."
