Inzpire Team Enjoys Night Hosted by Brian Cox
25 January 2016

Inzpire Representatives Attend Jon Egging Trust Dinner

As part of our ongoing relationship with the Jon Egging Trust, Gemma Grundy (Commercial Lawyer), Bob Chevli (Head of Synthetic Training) and Jonny Smith (Head of Operations, Mission Systems) represented Inzpire at the trust’s Inaugural Annual Dinner on Friday 22 January.

The dinner, which was attended by the current Red Arrows flying team and hosted by patrons of the Trust, Dr Brian Cox and Air Vice Marshall Stuart Atha CB DSO ADC, celebrated the recent successes of the Trust whilst raising vital funds for future Blue Skies and Inspirational Outreach Programmes.

Gemma, Bob and Jonny, along with a host of other attendees, were treated to entertainment provided by impressionist Jon Culshaw and a number of different speeches including very moving and inspirational presentation by Nathan, a graduate of the Blue Skies programme who spoke confidently about how the Trust changed his life for the better.

Dinner was followed by an auction of items, which raised an estimated £20k for the Trust’s ongoing work with young people Nationwide. The event provided an excellent opportunity for members of the Inzpire team to meet with Dr Emma Egging and reflect on the shared traits of Inzpire and JET; namely fast growth and mutual aspirations to contribute positively to the military industry.

On attending the event, Gemma Grundy said: “I was extremely fortunate to be given the opportunity to attend the JET dinner on behalf of Inzpire with my two colleagues Bob and Jonny. To be able to see the results of the Trust’s Blue Skies programme first hand, it is exciting to think how Inzpire can contribute to the programme moving forward.” Our image shows Gemma alongside Dr Emma Egging.
